For my final “best of” I had to do smile! I little cliche’ if you ask me…. as I try to be a photographer who never says “smile”! But I can not help LOVE those grins, typically due to something totally dorky I am doing, my favorites are when they grin looking at their parents, the belly laugh smiles are the best, every once in a while there is a daddy or mommy behind me doing a fun dance, singing the wiggles, doing the hokey pokey, etc… these are the photos that have ME smiling back at my computer as I edit! Thank you so much for all the fun, laughs, and smiles…. I have the best clients!

I had no idea how nervous I would be to photograph another photographer….. then, to make matters worse it was POURING down rain the entire session…. really put my camera skills to the test. (my ISO was 500 outside at 2:00 in the afternoon for you camera buffs….) I was so honored and thrilled to photograph Lora and her family! The ultimate compliment that she would ask me. I am so happy to have met Lora and had a photographer friend who I can bounce ideas off of and who can relate to my struggles, joys, accomplishments, frustrations, and technical camera ideas/questions, etc…. Lora is an AMAZING Atlanta wedding photographer. Check out her work here!! She also photographed MY family… yea! I totally admire her and her work. I am so sad they are moving away to TX, but know she will be super successful there. I know we will keep in contact.. right Lora!!?? :)

I hope you love your pictures. I am so super jealous of your gorgeous hair (and eyes, and smile!). Even in the pouring rain… flawless and frizz free!! I want to know your secrets!!

One is an aspiring model. One has already broken into the t.v. scene (has been seen on shows such as vampire diaries and drop dead diva) and hopes to get more into it. One super special to us… especially Jake and Sis who LOVE her! :)

I am SO excited to be offering this fun and fabulous event again this year!!!

I am teaming up with Jennifer of JennySue Makeup for a mommy & me mini-makeover and photo shoot event! This is a chance to celebrate being a mommy! As mothers we are ALWAYS behind the camera (I sure know I am!) this event is all about you! Come relax and have a mini makeover with Jennifer (beyond amazing makeup artist and an all around amzing gal… head here to check her out!!) and then a photo shoot with me! It can be you and your children, you and your loved one, just YOU! I have already had someone call about it being a maternity shoot — wonderful, I love it. Jennifer and I have teamed up on everything from headshots, to weddings, to magazine spreads, to family photo shoots!
