I will never forget this song. For me, obviously I LOVE photography and it brings back memories. More than anything a song brings back memories to me….. this song was playing the first time I got to hold my precious son!!! My first born…. born pretty unexpectedly 6 weeks early! 24 hours after his birth when my health and his health were good I got to hold him and this song came on. I am not a “weepy” gal…. but I am telling you what… I went thorough a few tissue boxes and I think I had every wonderful NICU nurse standing with me at that moment!! I will never forget it. Now at 6 years old… as sweet and loving as his daddy, more wonderful than I ever could have imagined… and even coming into his own and getting daring and adventurous! My Jake man!!! I am so so proud of you every day!!!

Those of you who know her…. know she keeps life ‘interesting’! :) She makes me laugh, loves her brother more than he will ever know, amazes me with her strength (has since she was born), is a big ball of energy, loves pink, loves princesses and horses that carry princesses, calls herself beautiful and sings songs about that fact, is understood by few and still at 4 has her own language, loves playing and watching football with daddy, is one of the toughest little girls I know, best friend to blue, dresses as a super hero or a princess every.single.day, will wear high heels and hop on a 4 wheeler and go for a ride, loves to giggle and her belly laugh is the best, is a precious sissy and daughter I am so very thankful for!
