I am SO excited to be offering this fun and fabulous event again this year!!!

I am teaming up with Jennifer of JennySue Makeup for a mommy & me mini-makeover and photo shoot event! This is a chance to celebrate being a mommy! As mothers we are ALWAYS behind the camera (I sure know I am!) this event is all about you! Come relax and have a mini makeover with Jennifer (beyond amazing makeup artist and an all around amzing gal… head here to check her out!!) and then a photo shoot with me! It can be you and your children, you and your loved one, just YOU! I have already had someone call about it being a maternity shoot — wonderful, I love it. Jennifer and I have teamed up on everything from headshots, to weddings, to magazine spreads, to family photo shoots! Last year this event was so much fun and a huge success…. we have been looking forward to this year!

yep. 2009. complete.

Complete with brand new babies – so fresh and new, sweet cooing babies, laughing and running toddlers, children’s adorable personalities, wonderful newly engaged couples, and wow.. even a few weddings! My clients have made this year so complete! I feel so full of love! I have found my passion in photography and am so thankful for it every day! YOU have made 2009 complete for me and I thank you so much!!! I don’t know how to express adequately how thankful I am for each and every one of you!!

I get asked often if I “get tired of taking pictures”…. I can promise you this ‘NO!’. When I get tired of taking pictures, of learning and growing as a photographer, I will take time off and stop until the love and passion I feel for it is back! I feel that is what makes me a better photographer… I honestly love every.single.bit of it! I have made new friends, rocked countless babies, run with kids, giggled at toddlers, seen newly engaged couples so in love, witnessed marriages… I love it.

I feel complete with my family! We are in a place we LOVE, a community we are very happy to be a part of, my husband is happy in his job, my kids LOVE their school and teachers… because of my 3 (well, 4… can’t leave Blue out!) family members my life is complete! More full that I ever imagined! Thank you to my awesome family!

So cheers to 2009! It has been a wonderful fantastic crazy ride! Here are some of my favorite pictures! Personal and professional. Here’s to 2010! To my past, present, and future clients…. I CAN’T WAIT to see what 2010 has in store!!

Books!

One of my most popular items this Holiday season was books! I LOVE these books! I have been doing them for my family for years instead of albums, and they also make perfect gifts (especially for the person who has everything… this will touch their heart!) I wanted to share some pictures of my own personal books! I am going to contact a few clients and possibly share theirs as well. I have 2 brides for 2010 that have already ordered a book and are using it as a ’sign in’ book! Fabulous!

All books are hardback or softback and can have 20-40 pages!

7X7 softback $95; hardback $125

8×10 softback $145; hardback $165

12×12 hardback $250

Here is my book from 2009! It is an 8X10 hardback. I always get hardback because my kids LOVE looking through this book… over and over and over again! Contact me with questions! You can still have a book made of a previous session.

Taylor is just one of my favorite people…. since she has been in high school I have known her to be an amazing and wonderful person! I loved spending the morning out at her ‘papas’ farm because I feel like I got to know Adam better! I love them together so much! It is 100% obvious the love these two have for each other and it was just wonderful to see them interact! I can not wait to shoot their wedding which will also be at this AWESOME location!! Thank you Taylor and Adam!

I am sooo happy to meet Mark & Katie! It happened by a series of crazy events… but I think it was meant to be! :)

I was thrilled Katie found me and I can not wait to shoot their wedding in March!

We spent a wonderful afternoon together at Watson Mill Park and North Campus! It was a beautiful day for a beautiful and so in love couple! I loved hearing their story, getting to know them, and getting excited about their big day ahead!
